Reservation Policies
In addition to the policies of each individual Hotel and Travel Supplier, Linda Your Travelmaker has the following reservation policies:
Pricing and Payment
All hotels and travel suppliers available through Linda Your Travelmaker have total control over pricing. The Hotel or Travel Supplier is responsible for all refunds or credits which may be due.
Cancellations or Changes
Every hotel has their own cancellation policy which may result in a cancellation fee. This policy may be viewed under the "more information" category for the specific hotel. If not stated, then you should assume that the policy is, "all cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival". Although cancellations may be made directly with the hotel, you should make all cancellations or changes with Linda Your Travelmaker by logging in to Linda Your Travelmaker.com, going to the "My Trips" button and following the directions to cancel. Canceling at Linda Your Travelmaker will cause your cancellation to be immediately processed and sent to the hotel. You may also call the Linda Your Travelmaker Call Center to make cancellations or changes. You will need your reservaton number.
You will be charged a fee for canceling when the room and/or rate description informs you there will be a cancellation fee. This is normally related to a discounted or internet special rate.
