How do I register with Linda Your Travelmaker?

To register as a user, simply click on the “My Profile” icon at the top right of the home page. Then click on the “Create an Account” link. You will be asked to provide some basic information and to create a member I.D.(your e-mail addres) and password. You will use this member I.D. and password to gain access to your stored travel information.

Is there a fee to be a user of Linda Your Travelmaker?

No, there is absolutely no fee to use Linda Your Travelmaker. Your profile information will simply make your travel planning much easier and allow you to store your travel history.

Sign into the system and open your profile. Make the desired changes to your profile.

How do I change the email address on my account?

How do I perform a search for hotels?

Type in the name of your destination city in the Hotel Search section on the left-hand side of the page.You can also supply the dates of travel and number of travelers to get more specific results.

Do you charge service fees to book reservations? 

Linda Your Travelmaker does not charge the consumer a service fee to book a reservation. When you make a reservation on Linda Your Travelmaker, you are booking your reservation directly with the Hotel or travel provider.

How do I access my reservation online? 

You can click on the “My Trips” icon at the top of the Linda Your Travelmaker Home page. This will show you all of the trips you have planned as well as the status of the trip.

Can I make a reservation by telephone? 

To make a reservation by telephone, call the Linda Your Travelmaker during regular office hours at (559) 439-1959 or 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 559-438-0959.

If I make a reservation over the phone, will I be able to view it online? 

Yes, all of your reservation information will be stored in “My Trips” regardless of how the reservation is made.

How do I know I have a confirmed reservation? 

After you have made your reservation, you should receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail or no longer have the e-mail, you can click on the “My Trips” icon at the top of the Linda Your Travelmaker Home page. This will show you all of the trips you have planned as well as the status of the trip.

How can I get more information on a specific Hotel? 

When viewing the list of hotels, click on the “More Information” link to obtain more specific information on the Hotel, including specific room amenities and photos of the Hotel and grounds.

Can I cancel a reservation? 

Reservations made through Linda Your Travelmaker are made directly with the Hotel. Any cancellations need to be made directly with the hotel. Each Hotel has its own standard cancellation policy. Please review the policies of the Hotel prior to making your reservation. You will be advised of the policies when making your reservation. Any cancellations made through Linda Your Travelmaker may results in fees from $25.00 up to the full cost of your stay depending upon the policy of the Hotel.

When will I be charged for my Hotel reservation? 

A 7%, non-refundable deposit on the reservation total will by charged to your card at the time the reservation is made. If the Hotel or travel provider requires a larger deposit, the additional charge will be made to your card at that time.

If you are unsure that your reservation has been submitted, log back onto the Linda Your Travelmaker site and click on the “My Trips” icon at the top of the page. This will show you all of the trips you have planned as well as the status of the trip. If the reservation does not appear, you will need to resubmit the reservation.
