How do I access my personal data and reservations information?

Simply click on the "My Profile" icon and log into the system if requested to do so. You will have access to all of your personal data to add, change or delete information. To reach your reservations information, click on the “My Trips” icon and log into the system.

 

How do I confirm my purchase?

After you have made your reservation, you should receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail or no longer have the e-mail, you can click on the “My Trips” icon at the top of the Linda Your Travelmaker page. This will show you all of the trips you have planned as well as the status of the trip.

 

How do I cancel or change my reservation?

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, click on the “My Trips” icon at the top of the Linda Your Travelmaker page. Choose the reservation you need to alter. All changes and cancellations are subject to the policies of the travel provider. For example, a hotel may have a penalty of collecting one night's stay if the reservation is not cancelled by a certain time. Be sure to read the travel provider's policy before completing your change or cancellation.
